CHICAGO – Illinois Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka met with Polvision’s Daniel Bociaga to discuss state finances, the Visa Waiver Program and other issues of importance to the Polish American community during an extended interview this week at her Chicago office. The discussion coincided with the celebration of Polish American Heritage Month. “I’m an adopted daughter of Polonia, and I love that!” Topinka said.
