[print_this]TASTY BEEF STROGANOFF FOR SIX
2 lbs. top round beef, cut in strips
1 cup onion (chopped)
2 cups sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. noodles, cooked
Brown steak strips in hot oil. Take beef from pan and set aside. Sauté onions until tender using same pan. Add mushrooms. If using fresh mushrooms, sauté with onions. Then add meat, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat well, stirring. Place noodles on serving platter. Top with meat and sauce.
