[print_this]Sweet and Sour Meatballs
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 T. water
¼ c. bread crumbs
1 12 oz. jar grape jelly
1 ½ bottles chili sauce
1 T. lemon juice
Combine first 8 ingredients and blend well. Form into small balls. Mix jelly, chili sauce, and lemon juice in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add meatballs and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve in chafing dish with cocktail picks. Freezes well and reheats well.
