A New Treasury of Polish-American Recipes”

Dear Members and Friends of Polish Culture:

In 1988, the Polish Cultural Club of Greater Hartford, Inc. (Connecticut) introduced a cookbook called “A Book of Favorite Recipes.” Featuring recipes compiled by members, families, and friends, this popular book included Polish and traditional Christmas Eve and Easter dishes. Our major project for 2018 is to have this cookbook updated and reprinted. Many of the recipes will be retained, but we are also looking for new recipes, especially those of Polish heritage.

We invite you to submit any recipes that are memorable to your family for publication. We are looking for tried-and-true recipes. You may send in as many as you would like, but the Committee reserves the right of final selection. Please note that we can only accept recipes written in English.

Categories:

Entries can be handwritten, copied, or sent as an e-mail attachment. Recipes should be easy to follow and you will receive full credit.
