Sparks Dolls Will Be Available
To All Fans

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Sparks is taking a road trip!

Sparks, the Ocean County Library mascot, will be delivering the new Sparks plush doll to two branches of the Ocean County Library for all to enjoy.

The 10-inch tall Sparks plush doll looks just like the “real” Sparks with his wide eyes and yellow and magenta striped ears and wings. He is brought to us by the Ocean County Library Foundation.

Sparks attends library programs and has delighted thousands of fans at local events, parades and schools for ten years. Sparks spreads his enthusiasm for the library to a county-wide fan base of young and old and promotes the library every chance he gets.

Sparks’ first Special Delivery will begin 10 a.m. Friday, July 24th at the Toms River branch.

The second Special Delivery will take place at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 29th at the Upper Shores branch, 112 Jersey City Ave, Lavallette as the branch also celebrates its 20th anniversary.

The dolls are available for purchase at all 21 Ocean County Library locations for a $10 donation to the Ocean County Library Foundation.

The Ocean County Library Foundation is committed toward the goal of enhancing all library services, programs and facilities to foster an appreciation and awareness of the Ocean County Library in the community.
