1/2 lb. chop meat
1 onion, chopped fine
1 green or red pepper, chopped
1 tomato, cut small
1 cup pasta, elbow or ziti
Grated cheese (optional)
1 tbs. olive oil
Spread meat and onion in pan. Saute until soft. Add cooked pasta (al dente). Add tomato pieces. Mix all together. Cook on low heat 7 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serves 2-4.
