The Bayway Polish Club in Elizabeth, NJ will not have “Polka Dancing” this coming weekend. Coming up next week, Sunday, July 28th will be Bayway’s annual “Hawaiian Luau Polka Dance” featuring music by Polka Country Musicians (CT). Dancing 2-6 p.m. Dress the part and come enjoy plenty of polka fun…….. This Friday night (7:30-11:30) “Social/Ballroom Dancing” at Bayway with music by the Andy Ray Band plus DJ Bruce Z. The annual “Polish Festival- Dozynki” sponsored by the Polish National Alliance #171 will be held this Sunday, July 21st (rain or shine) at Schnecksville Firehouse Pavilion in Schnecksville, Pa. Gates open at 11 a.m. and festivities begin with a Polish Mass at 12 noon with procession & blessing of harvest fruits. Do not BYOF as plenty of delicious food will be available – but you can BYOB!
