Polish Drama Club Invites…
MARYLAND – The Polish Drama Club of Silver Spring invites all to “Our God’s Brother” (Brat Naszego Boga) on Friday, April 25th, 8 p.m. in Holy Rosary Church, Baltimore (408 S. Chester St.). The play is based on the drama by Karol Wojtyla; directed by Dorota Ponikiewska. The play explores questions about personal vocation, conscience, poverty, and social justice. It tells the story of a Polish aristocrat, painter and bon vivant, Adam Chmielowski, whose one painting made him decide to abandon his career, and to live among the poor and needy as Brother Albert.
