
Parish Celebrates 85th Anniversary

WARE, MASSACHUSETTS – Holy Cross Parish, Polish National Catholic Church, will prayerfully observe and commemorate its 85th anniversary of organization on Sunday, May 19, 2013 with a High Mass of Thanksgiving at 11:00 am followed by a catered dinner in the church hall.
It was on April 28, 1928 that the parish was established with the blessing of the late Bishop Valentine Gawrychowski, spiritual head of the Eastern Diocese of the Polish National Catholic Church.
Heading the Anniversary Committee is Francis Trzepacz along with the Parish Committee. May 10th is the deadline for purchasing tickets to the Dinner; no deadline, however, for attending the 11:00 am Thanksgiving Mass. An invitation is extended to all who wish to participate and travel for the occasion to Ware, MA.
