Induction Banquet
The 47th Annual National Polish American Sports Hall of Fame (NPASHF) Induction Banquet was held on June 20, 2019 in Troy, MI and was attended by over 400 friends and supporters of the hall of fame. This year the NPASHF inducted Baseball All-Star Mark Grudzielanek, former Notre Dame and Green Bay Packer football star Mike McCoy, Harvard hockey star and Olympic champion Allison ( A.J.) Mleczko and 1988 Seoul Olympic games gold medalist in taekwondo Arlene Limas.

Jamie Edmonds, sports director for WDIV Channel 4, the NBC affiliate in Detroit, was Master of Ceremonies for the evening. Also, for the first time the event was live streamed over the internet. In fact, the family of Arlene Limas living in Poland watched the event LIVE!
