National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating
Council Announces Internship Program
The National Democratic Ethnic Coordinating Council (NDECC) is looking for enthusiastic, politically minded future leaders for our internship program. The NDECC offers an internship each summer, fall and spring for undergraduate and graduate students of all majors.
This is a very unique opportunity for hardworking, passionate future leaders to gain real life, hands-on experience in Democratic ethnic politics, strengthen their understanding of the political process and prepare for future political opportunities in your ethnic community. It is also a great way to form lasting connections and memories.
In addition to typical intern duties, you will have the chance to volunteer in ethnic community outreach projects and ethnic grassroots organizing, assist at DNC ethnic functions and attend weekly lunches hosted by DNC staff. Working as an intern for the NDECC will offer you a very unique learning experience.
For applications, Maureen Pikarski at mpikarski@gordonpikarski.com. The application deadline for our fall internship program is July 20, 2015. The fall internship program beings September 8th and runs through December 11th.
