CLIFTON, NJ -The soccer field at Richardson Scale Park will be named in honor of the late Councilman Matthew Grabowski. Matt served the City of Clifton as a Councilman from 2010 to 2015. He had always been known as a hardworking, dedicated and generous individual who had a deep passion for improving the lives of the citizens of Clifton. The field, at Richardson Scale Park, will be officially named the Matthew Grabowski Memorial Field on Monday, August 17, 2015 at a ceremony at the park, 680 Van Houten Avenue (corner of Huron and Scales Plaza), Clifton, NJ beginning at 6:00 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to honor an individual who cared so much about Clifton and will allow him to live on in the hearts and minds of the residents through this memorial dedication.
