Lifelong Learning With Bergen’s Continuing Education

PARAMUS, N.J. – Coinciding with the release of its winter/spring 2014 catalog, the Bergen Community College Division of Continuing Education, Corporate and Public Sector Training will host two information sessions on its popular interior and fashion design certificate programs in the next few weeks. The interior design session will take place Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 6:30 p.m.; fashion design will follow on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 10 a.m. Both will meet in the Technology Education Center at Bergen’s main campus in Paramus, 400 Paramus Road.

New courses as part of the winter/spring schedule include “Write your Own Memoir,” “Introduction to Calligraphy,” “Pet First Aid” and “Lunch & Learn,” which focuses on healthy eating.  Visit Bergen.edu/continuinged for a full list. To register, please call (201) 447-7488.

Bergen’s Division of Continuing Education offers a wide range of professional development courses, certificate programs, personal enrichment classes and specialized training to business and industry that promote community lifelong learning.

Bergen Community College (www.bergen.edu) based in Paramus is a public two-year coeducational college, enrolling nearly 17,000 students at locations in Paramus, the Philip J. Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst. The College offers associate degree, certificate and continuing education programs in a variety of fields.
