Just Walk!

CLIFTON, NJ – Do you need a little motivation to get moving? Come out for a friendly stroll with folks from the Power of One. All levels of walkers are welcome to “Just Walk” with the group at Richardson Scale Park, 680 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. They meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 am and walk for about an hour.

“Walking as a group helps us get fit, have fun, and make friends,” said Kim Castellano. “Everyone can walk at a pace that is comfortable for them. It’s a great way to start the day.” More times and places will be added later in the spring.

Castellano said that there are no fees to walk and talk – and free parking is available in the nearby community lot on Van Houten Ave.
