Free Seminar On Buying And Selling A Home

NEW JERSEY – The New Jersey State Bar Foundation presents a free public seminar on Buying and Selling a Home on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, 7-9 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, One Constitution Square off Ryders Lane in New Brunswick.

Among the topics of discussion are the contract of sale, types of ownership such as tenancy in common and joint tenancy, mortgage contingency, the home inspection clause, title insurance and the closing statement.

Speakers include Stanley Fink and Jeffrey Apell, attorneys with extensive experience in real estate law. A question-and-answer period will follow their presentations.
