Polish Double and
The Enigma Relay

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Embassy of the Republic of Poland invites you to a lecture “Enigma: Polish Double and the Enigma Relay” by Dr. Olga Topol on Thursday, October 19th from 12 to 1:15 p.m. held at the McGhee Library – International Center (ICC) 301, Georgetown University, 37th & O Streets NW, Washington, DC 20007. Dr. Topol is a curator at the Jozef Pilsudski Institute in London and a panelist at the NSA’s Center for Cryptologic History 2017 Symposium. She will share the fascinating story of Polish cryptologists, who cracked Nazi Germany’s Enigma code and put together the Polish Enigma double. This secret mission will be sure to captivate you. The lecture is open to the public – no registration required. The event  is organized by Georgetown University’s Department of Slavic Languages and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Washington, DC.
