“Buzzin’ With Kindness”
Polish Children’s Author Addresses Bullying
“I wrote the children’s book because this is a subject dear to my heart. Many children are bullied day after day in school and out of school. As we have seen on the news, this is a subject that needs to be addressed.” Dr. Domogala said, “I too have been bullied as an adult on the job and when I attended elementary school. Bullying has indeed plagued hundreds of children especially in our schools. This has led to so many cases of self-esteem and confidences issues that when not addressed, it can be carried on to a child’s adult life.”
In Buzzin’ with Kindness, Dr. Domogala attempts to put a stop to bullying in the form of creative writing. “Through the story of mean and obnoxious bees that fly around in Mrs. Busy’s classroom, young minds will begin to understand the contrast between a kind and loving attitude versus disrespect and aggression.”
Dr. Domogala said the book sets the tone for children that bullying is wrong and hurts us all! The book is for Early Childhood Learners. “I believe that the best time to start teaching our children about bullying is by laying a strong educational foundation early in life,” she said. The book is available in hard-cover, paper back, E-book, from Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com, it appears on the Nook, and Kindle all of which are available. A must-read book for Early Childhood Learners, grades PreK, K-4th grade level. This book is a treasure to keep and watch for her up-coming new web-site.
