NEW JERSEY – The Clifton Arts Center presents “Expressions” an art exhibit and sale of artwork by the Clifton Association of Artists and other local and regional artists. The exhibit opens on Wednesday, June 8th, 2016 through Saturday, July 16th, 2016. The art exhibit at the Gallery will include works in various art mediums such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastels, photography, stain glass and mixed-media by professional and amateur artists from Clifton and surrounding communities.
Gallery hours are from Wednesday through Saturday ~ 1:00pm – 4:00pm. Group tours are available by appointment.
The following Fridays will be “Free Fridays” at the Gallery: Friday, June 10th, Friday, June 17th, June 24th, July 1st, July 8th and July 15th.
In addition to the gallery show, there will be an outdoor art show and sale on the grounds of the Clifton Arts Center on Saturday, June 11th from 10am-4pm. The Arts Center Gallery will be free and open to the public on that day. Rain date is Sunday, June 12th.
The Clifton Arts Center Gallery first opened to the public in January of 2000 and more than 37,000 visitors have enjoyed art exhibits and cultural events. The Clifton Arts Center is located on the grounds of the Clifton Municipal Complex near the Well Water (900 Clifton Ave., Clifton, NJ 07013). The Clifton Arts Center Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday: 1pm- 4pm. Group tours are available by appointment. Admission fee is three dollars.
