of Stamford, CT Awards Scholarships

The Polish American Cultural Society (Pol Am Club) and Msgr. Thaddeus Malanowski awarded several scholarships to students of Polish Descent from the Stamford, CT area this year.  From the left in the photo are Treasurer John Zelinsky, President Jerzy Karwowski, Mateusz Nowogrodzki attending Binghamton U., Peter Pawelski attending UMASS, Alexandra Samelko attending Sacred Heart U., Jessica Koproski and Samantha Koproski attending S. CT State U. Seated in the front is Monsignor Malanowski.  Missing from the photo is Karol Suchowiecki who is attending George Washington University.  The Pol Am Club has awarded over 180 scholarships since 1973 and is happy to help support our local students.
